Our private, two-bedroom Guest House -- or "tree house"  -- is perfect for couples, writers, and artists. It sleeps two to four people. A breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean is available from either of three covered balconies. Culinary amenities include kitchen with gas range, full size refrigerator, and a full compliment of cookware. A gas barbecue and washer and dryer are also on-site. The spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms feature pillow-top beds. The cantilevered pool and spa are a mere 100 feet  from the Guest House. A full-time guard and twice-weekly maid service make your experience secure and comfortable. Please note: because of its special location, the "tree house" is not recommended for the frail elderly or disabled. A three-day minimum stay is required.
Method of Payment:

Reservation and payment options - 50% deposit of the total rental rate required to secure reservation. The remaining 50% is due 40 days prior to arrival, payable via wire transfer or check (please note that bank clearance may take up to 30 days in Costa Rica).
A bank fee is customary for all wire transfers (10.00 up to $1499 and $20 over $1500).

Damage and telephone deposits are required in cash upon arrival and refundable at the time of your departure.

We also offer PayPal Secure Credit Card Payments plus a service charge upon the rental rate, eliminating the high costs of wire transfers and expediting your secure reservation.

Cancellation policy:

Less than 60 days' notice, 50% of the deposit is refundable.  Less than 30 days notice, 25% of the deposit is refundable.
